Kickoff Deposit
Secures your dedicated engineering sprint on our development calendar and initiates technical discovery, system architecture, and UI/UX wireframes.
Testing & Staging Gate
Billed only after the platform is fully built and deployed to a private staging URL. You and your team test live functionality, test payment gateways in sandbox, and review workflows.
Final Handover & Launch
Due upon live domain cutover, DNS certificate authentication, and final sign-off. Includes full handover of repositories, database credentials, and registrar transfer.

Upon settlement of Phase 3, you receive 100% ownership of your source code, Git repositories, database structures, and assets. You are never tied to our agency for runtime access.
Direct Registrar Control
Your domain names and DNS records belong entirely to you. We transfer registrar access directly to your preferred account (Namecheap, Cloudflare, or local registrars).
Post-Launch Warranty
We provide a standard 2-to-8 week post-deployment warranty. Any bugs or deviations from the agreed technical specification are remediated at zero additional cost.
